Each of us has a unique story woven into the fabric of our being.

Its threads are the products of our physical, emotional, mental and energetic experiences. Because we were often taught to ignore or disavow aspects of ourselves, our fabric is sometimes ragged, loose, and poorly constructed. This lack of cohesion in our weaving manifests itself through stress, confusion, anxiety, depression, or loss of direction and loss of meaning in life. To fulfill our full potential and reclaim the life we are intended to live, we must release that which is no longer functional or helpful and develop new thoughts, behaviors, and intentions.

I believe that transformation can and does take place within the realms of a safe, warm, authentic, and healing therapeutic relationship. Within that relationship, we can evaluate what is not working, and learn how to release those old patterns, and create new more productive and fulfilling behaviors. By letting go, we release our selves to the full potential of our dreams. Each of us has the capacity to change and live a more robust life if we dare to go inside.
